Hi, I’m Myra Miranda. Real estate broker, business owner, friend, wife, and mom of two amazing boys.

My name, Myra Joy, means wonderful and happy. I’d like to think I live up to it, in how I show up for the people around me. I don’t push. I plant seeds. I trust that things unfold as they should. Do your best and God will do the rest is very simple but something I believe in with all my heart.

I’m married to Allen, my biggest supporter and partner in every way. He shows up for me and our kids, even at drag shows (happy wife, happy life! šŸ©·). We have two sons, Mateo and Marko. They’re the reason I work hard and love harder. They remind me why homes matter.

This year marks 21+ years in real estate. Literally half of my life. I started in 2005, fresh out of DLSU with a BS in Math and Computer Science, handing out flyers in malls and waking up at 3AM for newspaper inserts. One sale after two weeks. Six sales in six months. And the rest is history.

I chased awards early on (free iPad, free MacBook Air, bonus commission, a free trip to Madrid for being #1 overall in 2008, name it).

Then a career break in Singapore in 2010 shifted everything. It’s not about me anymore. It’s about serving others.

Today, with askME (our brokerage), real estate means helping clients find the home where their life actually happens.

A few years ago I co-founded Miss Martha, a cleaning company built to make move-ins, turnovers, and homes feel easier and more joyful. Our signature scent is Wet Grass. It smells like a fresh start. That’s where this blog gets its name.
